Why didn't you just quit?
Why didnt you just resign?
I couldn't, They owe me some money (bonus), and the only way I can get it is by getting fired. So I kinda planned that.

It's just clever writing on SP. Social/political satire at its finest
I have to agree with you on SP (sorry, A). SP does poke a finger in the eye in the mirror the way Sacha Baron Cohen does in his best parodies.

But Modern Family gets me down. It makes me miss S&D where the characters weren't so overearnest, so contrived, the comedy so forced and heavy-handed, the show so conscious of itself.

So I was casually taking out my luggage from the overhead compartment, rocking my Del Piero shirt. This dude (I later found out he was Italian), probably in his early 50s, passed by me and shouted Forza Juve. There I stood for a whole minute staring at him in bewilderment. He smiled and left. After I got out of the plane, I found him and talked to him for a few minutes. It was amazing :touched:

I just found out my boss is out 3 months before she is due to give birth, starting from yesterday. It was already hard enough working one job and doing a Masters now I have to work 2. Welcome to the sucky life.

Damn, that sucks. There is no one you can put the work onto, or any way you can just not do some of it?
