Yes. I'm not enjoying work, and I'm negatively affecting the work I'm supposed to be doing. It's better for both if I leave.

What I'll do afterwards is uncertain, but one thing is certain: I can't do this work anymore.

He said he was OK with it, and appreciated my honesty. He just wanted me to give my all to finish the work that's remaining. Kinda motivated me to finish the work I have. These 3 months will be... interesting, perhaps.

I want to stay for 3 more months and complete working here for a total of 5 years. I'll have to serve a notice period of 2 months anyway. Wouldn't make sense if I quit a month before I finished 5 years.

Fair enough, it just seems a long time I hated working somewhere where they knew I was leaving, the company treated me like crap.

It's a long time, yes. Hopefully, the EURO's, transfer season, and my co-workers will make it a memorable 3 months. I was always treated well here, and I wanna repay them by giving my best in these last 3 months. Almost like Ale this season.
