a month? sth like that..i gained deep feelings damn fast..and it's just because i insisted of seeing her almost every day.
Take a step back bro, often too much too soon can cause a problem in the first couple of months. She's probably doing what you should do, just go out with friends the next couple of days. You have to be apart to miss someone.

I hope she snaps out of it, maybe a couple days off will help.

My life is okay, ups and downs, quite a few downs, but in the grand scheme of things I guess it's alright. Working on my thesis, moving into a new place, and trying to figure out what it is that I need to do in order to be happy :)
new place? details :D

Just a new apartment, not very different from the old one space-wise, but definitely brighter and with a bigger living room. Pretty nice, all in all.

And yes, you must control the urge :D I never can, I am very bad at the beginnings of relationships for wanting to spend tons of time with the other person.

hows about anybody?
Them too. Nobody is special.

Nothing pisses me off more than anything like being rejected for a job via email.

Seriously considering joining the military, but I can't decide whether I want to shoot people in the face or just press buttons with the knowledge that I may or may not have vaporized a population.

Anywho, I'm going to go give clothes to the homeless and ponder life's next step. Something other than my minimum wage job and living with my parents, hopefully.

Americans, explain to me why your cheese (as in so called 'american cheese') is so repulsive. Also whats the deal with re-naming emmental - Swiss? And why do you call something Cheddar that in no way resembles Cheddar?...it just doesn't make sense.
The only people who eat "American cheese" here anymore are poor and on food stamps.

Cheese in America back 20 years ago was typically the, "What is this? You have orange and you have white?!?" thing. But that's changed a lot. For example, I can get about 5 kinds of Spanish sheep's cheese from the market a couple blocks from my house. (But then I do live in San Francisco, which is unlike the rest of the country.)

And let's not forget that the naming of things by nations has always been fraught with issues around the world: French fries, French dressing, filet américain...

And why do they try to conserve energy by minimal use of street lights, but then 75% of the cars have headlights on throughout the day?
Because our drivers are idiots. We have some of the worst in the world. The problem is that America is mostly a lean-back driving culture instead of a lean-forward one. I think it comes with the expectation of driving long distances and having more space. What the rest of the world calls a "passing lane" or "fast lane" is typically used by people to check out and avoid making decisions, making it more of a "retirement lane".

The headlights being always on reflects America's passive driving culture, IMO.

Yeah I made that mistake with a girl I was with not too long ago, we saw each other every day quite literally for like ages. The relationship lasted like a year and a half, it was odd in the end but really it is good to take a step back for a while.

We are pretty much still spending every single day together. It's been three years, and I think we've been apart at the max for a week.

i don't see it like a mistake..i have time for her and my friends..and when i say we see each other every day, it's 3,4,5 hours not the whole day. she being at uni and me being home 3 days out of 4 is wrong.
