True, once uni the only time you can wear shorts is during you morning/evening jog or if u are chilling back home. The dressing sense for women have changed drastically in the past 5-6 years, i hardly see the 'salwar suits' these days unless i am back in my hometown. Culture is in decline.
That's the best thing about local styles. You don't have to pull them off.
And you would look gorgeous in one of those desi suits greg speaks of.
That was one in a decade incident and could have happened to a woman wearing a burka. the crowd was drunk and assholes by birth who would do the same thing to their family women when drunk.
