I make enchiladas with it, fry off chicken, onion and capiscum peppers in olive oil which i infuse with garlic and chili. Make it like a fajita then put it in the oven with salsa on top and bufallo mozerella.
The rest i use too dip carrots/pitta bread in when im hungry/use it for wraps forr lunch or salad dressing. I make enough for a few meals.
