Yeah like my body temperature is warmer
the thing is, i don't notice it. It's only because other people tell me i feel hot.
I still have to put the same amount of clothes as everyone else unfortunately

Sweating is healthy? Not necessarily. In December I was fighting off a cold by trying to keep warm, so I'd dress much heavier, even to bed. Fast forward two weeks and I have a strange rash all over my body. Doc said it's a fungus that lives on the skin, but if you sweat to much it gets into the skin.

I set my alarms way too early, sometimes 1-2 hours early.
It just disrupts my sleep and i end up sleeping in much later than i would have if i set it for the proper time
