That's the kind of call centre I used to work in.
I remember some old fart calling and insulting me furiosly because he thought we were fucking with him changing the google logo and wanted it back to normal, he wanted to cancel his subscription because of that.

Once they went to a house to install full services, phone, tv, internet. When installing the last tv decodifier they ran out of cable.. So instead of going out to look for more cable they thought it would be okay that way, connected the decodifier to where was the cable's maximum reach and left..
The decodifier was hanging off the ceiling.
I supervise night events for a whiskey brand over here, basically don't work every day and when I do, I just go around checking (normally at clubs or public events) that everything's fine and that the models are offering the demonstration drinks.

We would so issue a compensation for that customer with a 6 month free service for all tv, internet and telephone. Whiskey + model + during the night is a wonderful combination brah.
