I still don't get why the SF Bay Area has loads of Peruvian restaurants but nary a single Argentinian, Colombian, Vuvuzelan, Ecuadorian, Paraguayan, or even more than a few Brazilian restaurants. It's as if the rest of the food in South America isn't considered worth eating here.
