It's local government, which has a much smaller budget than federal or state.
Oh I see. It's the same way here but no matter for what governmental institution you work, you will always be underpaid if you compare yourself to people of the same level who work for private institutions.

Unless you're the boss and can easily steal some money haha

It's difficult to get fired on the federal level. Local county and municipal governments are a completely different animal.

just got back from Italy and saw Arrigo Sacchi at Lamezia Terme in Calabria and possibly saw the u-20 Italy team at the airport and on the same plane as me to Rome. It was the squad and just not sure if it was U-20.. does anyone have any info? were they playing? will post some pics up soon

it was a big mess, my luggage was overweight and had to hijack my uncles luggage, plane ended up being late and it was super crowded. I managed to get a photo with Arrigo because he was alone and in a separate terminal.
