I still ain't workin'! I pretty much got the summer off. But in my line of work, any new job search requires a series of countless steps. I expect to maybe get one if not two offers in the next week. Which means my Man of Leisure days may soon be over. :frown: But there's good to that too. I'm ready to get back to the grind. (At least I think so!)
Cool, enjoy it while it lasts man. Just outta curiosity have u considered moving to far east [China,Japan etc] ?

Sheik is most certainly around as usual. I haven't seen him here in a day, but I would expect him to pop up soon. You may not notice him, because he's sporting an avatar Christina had him use for ultimate gayness.
Awesome,two christinas :groan:

I have found myself to not really like much of Asia enough to live: too hot, too humid, often a xenophobic culture. The stereotype of the megalith Asian city choked in smog. But for some bizarre reason, all that goes away for me when it comes to India. India is probably the only country in Asia I could see myself living -- and it's not because India isn't subject to the same conditions as the rest of Asia.

Something about the diversity of the country and yet some strange sense of an ancient familial belonging there.

They've been trying forever. And that's India. There's no one thing... it's everything. India without the Maoists wouldn't be India. ;)

(Even if I generally think the Maoists are doing more than enough to f* up their neighboring countries like Nepal, etc.)

Steadily growing anti-government forces aren't to be shooed away as if they're just part of the atmosphere like a fat drunk geordie in st james park, they can and will cause more serious civil strife, comrade.

The Fax is lovely today, in a bit we're going to take advantage of the weather for some beers and burgers.
Sounds awesome. And like my plans for today over here. :D

True but finiancially speaking i dont think india is a very attractive option. In fact i have no idea what a foreigner in india might earn and do what. I do know this,You get paid twice for doing half the work in china :D

Maoists are the least of our problems. They are strong in a handfull of areas and dont exist at all in the rest.
Only problem an american would have in india is the chance of getting kidnapped by one of the terrorists or the govt sponsored terrorists :D
