not bad i guess...i'm at work while its fucking boiling outside! its a southernly wind here, so its really sticky and almost hard to breathe when outside even though its 'only' like 35 in the shade.

Hows life in stonertown?

Also 1 hour on the teadmill after working out, is good or not? :D

if you do it properly, about 3-4 times a week, but everytime you go you do a different region of the body, for example one day biceps and chest, one day legs and back, one day triceps and shoulders or something liek that

Even if I go every other day?!
What about the treadmill running? because i want to lose weight as well...

Treadmill you can, but it might be better to do say 30 mins before the workout so your muscles get loose and you'll have a bit of adrenaline, and if you aren't too dead after the workout you do another 30 mins as a cool down and to lose weight
