It depends on what you exercise entails. It's a toss up between fatigue (weights-cardio) and injury (cardio-weights IMO. I think the difference between the two is rather minuscule. However, I have been instructed that doing weights first gives the best combination of strength and weight loss as most people can push through cardio-based fatigue easy than big weights fatigue. Like everything in fitness it depends on what you want to achieve. certainly an integrated cardio/strength circuit programme would be best of everything

It's my first day after a long stop! so I don't have a plan yet.
What I intend to do is losing weight while shaping up my body. I also heard that cardio after wieghts is better...

I still have one question... Should I ask it here or in the gym thread? :D
