not bad i guess...i'm at work while its fucking boiling outside! its a southernly wind here, so its really sticky and almost hard to breathe when outside even though its 'only' like 35 in the shade.

if you do it properly, about 3-4 times a week, but everytime you go you do a different region of the body, for example one day biceps and chest, one day legs and back, one day triceps and shoulders or something liek that

Treadmill you can, but it might be better to do say 30 mins before the workout so your muscles get loose and you'll have a bit of adrenaline, and if you aren't too dead after the workout you do another 30 mins as a cool down and to lose weight
