Explain, please.

If you don't put Tabasco in there, stick with chemistry. :D
-Medium ground beef
- grate one onion, 2 garlic cloves
- chopped fresh parsley
- salt, black pepper, hot pepper flakes, garlic powder, sage and olive oil
I am out of tabasco, franks red hot instead :p

1)Mix everything and then place them in a pyrex tray, put some olive oil in the tray before spreading the meat.

2)In a small bowl mix, tahini (paste of ground sesame seeds), fresh lemon juice, olive oil, pinch of salt, and fresh water (only tiny amount just to break the thickness abit).

3) pour the tahini mix on top of the meat loaf and spread it well until the whole loaf is covered. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes at 350F (It depends how thick the loaf is, mine was ready in 25 minutes.

It is good if you serve it with some basmati rice

BON APPETIT

maybe you can combined like that chef from Barcelona:boh:
I don't know what you mean there, but I will go with yeaaah :D
