I might try that marinade at some point, Andy. Sounds good. Normally we use soy sauce instead of the Worcestershire.
That works as well. I just love the pungency of the Worcestershire. Lots of flavor.

I've found that that sort of marinade works best for BBQing, fajitas included. Add a bit of lime and lemon juice for the fajitas. Otherwise, marinade that stuff for 6 hours and slow cook it on the grill. Best chicken I've ever had.

My specialty is slow cooked chicken and ribs. Marinate some breasts and legs and throw it on the grill at the same time as the baby backs. Keep the grill on low, cook for two hours, making sure none of it burns. Flip every 30 minutes. You'll enjoy the most tender BBQ you've ever had.

It is one of the most annoying things about this apartment that we can't own a barbecue. It's just not the same in the oven.
