I slept like 5 hours last night, sucks. I couldn't catch a dream for like 2-3 hours even though I was tired and couldn't keep my eyes open. I think I'll hit the bed now since I feel like something has run over me.

Good question. In theory, I'm part of the finance department. Some analysis, some controlling, some calculating, ...
Right now (as in the next few months) however, I'll be spending a lot of time trying to figure out what went wrong in an other department & finding a way to improve their processes, plus assisting them in their day to day job & helping out with a software implementation.
I can barely understand, let alone believe, some of the things I have been uncovering these past few weeks, even if I had been "warned". They have been messing up almost everything for close to a half year now, you can imagine how long it's going to take to clean everything up.


Just having a lot of trouble focusing today. As proven by the numerous posts I have already made
Silly actually, because I have shitload of work to carry out in the next few months...

At least there is a lot for you to do when you do get up the focus. The summertime in my job is really slow and tedious. Maybe we get a couple of things to do in a day, but the rest of the time we have to find ways of looking busy.
