I knew you did. But man... here in places like the U.S. they call anybody who eats organic, whole foods "elitist" in a land saturated with McDonalds. And yet most everybody in India eats a relatively healthy, organic, whole foods diet. Why would you want to screw that up with fake meat?

But I find it absolutely ludicrous that the whole food, organic diet of so many people living on $500 a year in India is considered snobbish and elitist here in this country -- because our food supply has been so perverted by mass-produced, processed food manufacturing predicated on a petroleum-based economy. There are some habits in the U.S. that are not worth emulating, and our diet is one of them.
