Does that mean in the interview I have to make fire with my mind?
One of my favorite interview scenes on television was on
The Tracy Ullman Show, which is known now mostly as the birthplace of
The Simpsons as shorts at intermissions.
Dan Castellaneta, the guy who is the voice of Homer Simpson, is the interviewee. He comes into the interview room and finds a few paper clips, a rubber band, a piece of paper, etc., laying on the table. The test is how creative you can be with the materials at hand.
Dan C ends the sketch with a rubberband hanging off his nose, paperclips on his face, and a ridiculous paper hat on his head, saying, "Look! I'm a duck!" And does not get the job.
