Le Pont De La Tour and shared a Chateaubriand to rub it in his face.
The waiter was a crack-up, because my boss was freaking out about it. And I figured at a 4-star restaurant, I was in pretty good hands. So the waiter tells my boss that the beef is safe because they especially cook it a little longer to kill all the nasties. Totally took the piss.
