Well, it's parabolic. I gained really fast, lost really fast, and after HS I gained really fast up to a point then really slow for 5 years.

My playing weight in HS was 175, in the off season I would easily get to 190. But since HS, I've gotten up to 210, which I am now.

I'd really like to get down to 185, I figure a month or two for an hour a night (Mon-Thurs) should do me okay.
