A law that is compatible with the population's culture, values, norms and beliefs. When they made these laws, they made laws that would fit the country's people, they didn't expect it to fit other people(Westerners for example).

Overwhelming majority of the Emirati's probably agree with it. They're happy with it, who are you to tell them to change it?
