Similar kind of problem here, most jobs require 3-5 years of experience as a minimum. As soon as they see that you're a fresh graduate, they throw your CV in the dustbin.

Have you done anything that relates to the jobs you are applying for that maybe you didn't get paid for? Like an internship or something.

I did an internship, i worked in the quality department at a hospital. Thats the only experience i have, and it was for 5 weeks only.

You'll just have to sell yourself bro. Come up with a bit of a speech on how the experience you've had, however little, has had an immense effect on your understanding of the job your applying for.

And also, if you apply online you should do a follow up phone call within the week.

I'd try that, but the problem is, its not easy to get a hold of someone in HR(or whoever is responsible for hiring), normally the receptionist would answer your call, and tell you that whoever you want is busy, and you can leave your CV or whatever with her.

Think about it. In today's economy employers get hundreds if not thousands of applications via email. The object of the game is to separate yourself from the rest. A phone call turns you into a prospective employee rather than merely an application.
