guys, I played football yesterday, and now i notice that when i bend mt right knee, something fleshy pops out. I can push it in, but it comes out again only when knee is bent. it doesnt hurt though.

any ideas? Rab?
If you can bend your knee 180 degrees without feeling any pain then you shouldn't worry.

Knee problems are mostly due to two things, fucked up pitch, bad warming up. Try warming up really good before each match and stretching your legs helps your knees a lot.

And btw, whenever you feel knee pain even if it's slight pain, stop the game to check it out and re-stretch again to see where it hurts.

Knees can never be messed with.

google it to find people with similar issues. You can probably at least find out whether you need to see a doctor about it or not.
it's hard to be robben :(...4 months will fly away. You'll play football in december, and you know snow football is the best :D.

Ok while we are at football injury stories:
I played football with a couple of friends 3 weeks ago. My best friend good a blow on his right leg right under the knee on the muscle during a normal battle. Nothing serious. At least we thought so. It was just a blow so we thought he'd just get a bruise and he kept playing. Though the pain wouldn't leave after 2 days, his whole leg started to swell and and he couldn't lift or partly even feel his foot. So his girlfriend and me said you go to hospital now and get that checked.
Thank god we did.
He had an compartment syndrome, doctors started to panic when they checked the pressure on his muscle which was around 95 and should be 25. They instant cut his whole leg open from knee to ankle to save it. Later they said if he'd have came in an hour later they'd have needed to amputate his leg from the knee down.

From such shit. It's impossible that it happens just like that from such a little blow:sergio:
