I doesn't seem to bother me. I do it at funerals, I find the reactions to death very interesting. It's just seems that the viewing of a death would incite a higher variety of reactions.
Like Aaron, no I have not. It might be a spiritual thing in that I take no joy in 'heaven' due to not believing in it. Then again for that reason I should be the one crying and not the pious no?
To be honest I'd feel like a pussy if I cried, not that anybody that cries and funerals is a pussy, just that I process big things like that in a matter of hours not days i.e. I've grieved before the funeral.
that's exactly what i wanted to ask him..it's not about caring if some old hag died..but when you lose a close friend or a family member you can be devastated and cry. But me for example i didn't cried when my grandfather died, and i was close on crying at movies when animals get killed or sth like that...
Just to make it clear, I actually meant it as a "loved" one. I wasn't exactly talking about family members but rather a person you lost that you had a close relationship with. If you had and you still managed to hold your tears both in public and in secret then I find it quite strange to be honest.
