Yep I get his point as well, in fact when I drink at my house/friend's houses we drink good stuff, but when we go out and my friends want to get a bottle of Smirnoff I can't say no because I don't think it's good. That's why lately I've been drinking more rum, it's cheaper (because it isn't imported) and it has good quality

I realized that people there are stealing watches and other stuff on the street ,and the new note is the one about the alcohol per capita...at least the situation with narcotics is not dramatic.
