I don't have a good feeling about it.

But yet again I never had a good feeling about tests.

What decisions? Are you going to fire people? :D
being in uni for as long as i have been has taught me one very important fact. the more u r intense and freaked out the higher the chances of you getting thru it with out failing. so my advice for you is to have sth to eat ( specially with u it is of grave importance :D ) and hit the books. do your part and go into the exam hall and do yr stuff and once u r done forget about all the worrying bec it simply is'nt worth it. good luck dusan.

Add 'Avoid did-you-study-that-did-you-study-this-and-THAT-is-so-very-important' tards before the test to your list.
