Yeah some good points but I don't see how can older people be more ambitious about the job.

For example, yeah, I'd take smaller wages but there's no way some 40yo would be more excited than I am and be more ambitious to succeed in a career (if we're talking about some good job, not some random crap). I'd work my ass of to make a positive area, get a better rank, better wages and everything.

When a man reaches a certain age,he wants to know his life is going somewhere or that he's achieved something.That's why older men are easier to headhunt or start their own businesses.That's what i meant.

I am doing TA for first year chemistry and I have one more 3 hours lab session in an hour. One of the students saw me wearing my Juventus Jersey, and the guy... opps I am sorry.. I meant the idiot is a merda fan and started saying in the lab session we are cheaters, so I told him shut the F up you merda fan, and get the F out of my face. He didn't add anything after that since I am the who will be marking the lab reports. , but obviously I would mark his report fairly
