Guy has been a no show since 2000 give or take. Trezzy dropped meanwhile the mighty Henry must play at all cost. They'd be better off giving him the boot and finding some younger players.
Trezeguet has always been a no-show whenever he starts. Historically he does well for France only when coming in from the bench, thats why i want Domenech to call him up, but not to start him.

Most French players of this generation are chokers when playing for the NT.


Benzema is following in Trez and Henry's footsteps too, he's been downright awful whenever given a chance to start.

When we're talking not about one player but about most players I rather tend to think it's something that goes beyond the players themselves. Lemerre got the job done in 2000 but since then it's been an absolute eyesore. If there had been a second and a third Jacquet Trez wouldn't have been so dire and neither would Henry.

You do have a point there. Its probably more than just the players.

But Henry despite being terrible in 2002, 2004 and 2008. He was rather good in WC 2006, he had some good performances in that tournament.
