I've just got back from the gym. Lifted some wieghts, and played some indoor footy. Our campus is packed, it's frosh week (orientation), freshmens act as if they reached heaven, and 72 virgins are waiting. let's wait until october, they will hate the university and all the exams & assignments etc.... that come with it .

It's weird that whole vibe you guys have about college. Like it's a theme park.

As a full time graduate student it's way better. Because for my whole 5 years PhD program I only have to take 5 classes. I spend most of the time in the lab, I can go to the lab and leave any time, I just have to put the time. Way less stressful than undergraduate. So for me gradschool is like a theme park if you compare it to undergrad. Way less stress. More time to follow Juventus. I used to come on the forum without registering since 2003 just to check the news of the players and teams. But recently I couldn't get in until I sign in, so I decided to sign because I have more time as a graduate student. :flag1:
I forgot to say that first and 2nd year undergrad were alot of fun, too many parties, but as I did go through 3rd and 4th year undergrad I had to cut the partying and spend double the time on studying because materials got way harder

It's frosh week over here. The campus is going bananas. I'm heading downtown tonight, which is 5 min from campus. This should be a really busy night . Drinking age is 19 so expect to see big lines at clubs and bars
