All of our supervisors at work will be away the whole of July as they'll be training other support centers in India. SO, a few agents, like me, have been selected as acting supervisors for 15 days each in July! We'll be doing almost everything that our supervisors will do, and our performance will be closely monitored. This is going to be a BIG change for me to move up in the organization! :excited:

Thanks Andy. I sure hope i do. I'll have about 9 agents working under me, and their performance will reflect as my performance too. Things like people management and leadership will come into play, and this is really exciting for me.

omg terrifying!

what do they mean?
The first one is just a chart of how our currency is doing, which is obviously not very well. Perhaps we've started on the path towards total decline of the dollar. The second chart basically follows the value of crude oil. Declining dollar usually equals rising oil and commodity prices in general. If oil continues to rise, that's extremely bad news for our economy and will hinder a recovery or cause it to fall off a cliff.

Isn't it depressing to know this? Don't you wish you were more ignorant? :D

Absolutely not. :D It's incredibly interesting stuff, and if one knows what's going on potentially they can protect themselves or even make money.
 i've always thought u give toooooooooooooooooooo much thought into this andy to be honest, but i cant disagree u have to know whats going on with yr economy to prepare for the worst or as u mentioned make money. i've read an example of this in one of my friends business text books and it stated that when certain economies go thru rescission there are people who know how to make the most out of it. if memory serves me right its about people who invest in bonds and stocks during these periods.
