They better put in scrubbers now while commodity prices are low.
Well the projects were started in 2005, so I don't know how much commodity prices today would effect such a price. As the cost was 1.9 billion dollars or so over the 4 years. The cool thing is now they can use cheaper coal. Which may be a bit of a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Their input costs are quite low right now, so it's probably better to put those things in before input prices soar.

Man I feel like crap, went for a run about two hours ago and did an ab work out. Not a smart idea with the remnants of a head cold. Now I have to go suffer through chem class. I'm gonna need some vodka tonight.

if you want to watch a good show then try "The Wire" or "Madmen", you should consider "The Shield" even though the series finale was last autumn
I'm fascinated with the nature of lying, that's why I'm still gonna check it out.
