Just back from playing golf for the first time in about four months.

The usual mix of alright and awful after not playing for ages.

I'm doing Roman Law at the moment.

It's quite interesting because Scots Law is largely based on Roman Law, particularly when it comes to property.
I have to agree. Its the same with Austrian Law. However, I failed in the exam when I first tried it, but I am very hopefull for this time. Learning a bit more about the Roman Law made it actually very interesting. However, the rest of the exam is boring as hell!

Hey, do you know what the Roman Law or system say regarding 'who will guard the guards'? (Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?)
It's something that's been bothering me since the mutiny in my country. I doubt I'll get any answers watching the movie 'the Watchmen'.

    Check this...

My father asked me to take his car and wash it, I took it and on my way I stopped somewhere to get an icetea+sandwish, few seconds later one crazy bastard hits right into my car crashing both left doors. I get out of the market and couldn't believe my eyes, the man was completely drunk and it was even 11 am in the morning.

I had a great day I must say. Having to spend my time at the police station for more than 3hours just to make a declaration of what happened.

Oh and another thing, most of the ex (communism) eastern European countries just don't fit in the EU category.
