Shutting down Gitmo is just another illusion when all the "inmates" are just transported to another facility. People around the world know that. Taking troops from Iraq and deploying them in Pakistan is another act that won't fool people.

Not sure what you mean by American quality, but we do have to start producing our own goods again. Saving and investment is the key with entrepreneurs creating ground breaking products. Perhaps this is where alternative energy intervention and farming becomes the key to breaking out of this funk.

Our economy has been destroyed and the ship is sinking. Remember, we're only about a year into this. Not to mention our liberties are being destroyed with every passing bill, but nobody seems to care about that. It will come back to haunt us.
