in all honesty byron ive tried the following and i can safely tell u that it has'nt worked for me.

1- gum------------> made me one to smoke even more and not to mention it tasted like crap

2- my mum bought me this inhaler that has some kind of special herb to help me quit but it didnt really help much i cut down a bit but i cant say i quit though.

jack mainly and a few otehr members did suggest a few tips on how to quit and to be honest byron they all depend on will power cos if memory serves me right they made it clear in that thread that it really needs massive will power.

there is this method i've heard about also from my mum and it basically is a device they have at center that helps smokers quit apparently its a device where u stick yr hands in and some how it closes the nicotinic receptors in yr body. it takes four separte seating s and u r done with smoking. i know some one who tried it in saudi and to this day he has'nt smoked so i think there is hope.

Are we still talking about new years midnight drinking? I had some bubbly all chilled in the fridge and didn't get to take a sip thanks to this darn flu. I was all hopped up on meds instead. :p Meh!

Yeah, could've drank more if I really wanted to. We hadn't really planned to do anything so I think they just were with their fams and shiit.

My New Year was so shitty. I had to leave my friends with a set of beer to go this lame-ass party that was supposed to be all inclusive then all the good beer ran out and I had to drink Budweiser for the first time and that was stink. Then I get in a fight with my girlfriend who dragged me to the party in the first place, so I'm leaving and making a call for a friend to come pick me up.

So these two little ounks snatch my phone, I immediately grab it back but then someone hits me from behind and they hold me so I can't fight and get a few hits, nothing bad. They're pussies, only bad in numbers. So two of my friends are driving out and they just pull me away and take me home. I live like 3 minutes away so I get my boys to come down and break some legs, but they weren't there anymore. So we go searching for them and my girlfriend keeps calling me and I'm trying to tell her I can't talk. Eventually I listen and she's drunk and she breaks up with me. I can't find the fags, so I'm pissed. I just go home and sleep.

Today, I find out the bitches names but I need to know where they live. And my girlfriend is making me feel guilty and wants to get back together. And I have work in the morning and I can't sleep.:disagree:
