Listening to England commentators refer to other nations as "lesser countries to England." :shifty:

Your countrymen blow as footballers. Get that straight. You need a damn Italian to come in there and sort you lot out. Show some respect, wankers.
:lol2: Ashley Cole with the assist to the Khazak player. Beautiful pass in his own box.
Weird ass comment by the English commie.

"Frank Lampard plays at the highest level, but Ashley Cole keeps making mistakes. Different levels of play."

:shifty:
ENGLISH COMMENTATORS are the worst. Ever.

Aah, those were my #1 brand back when I smoked. A little gay-ish looking but a nice taste. Though I usually smokes red Marlboro, since Davidoff was hard to find.

It's so gay-ish looking, especially with the white filter and the touch of silver.

I already quit for 2 years once, this time it's for real.

You shut up and drink your Lipton ice-tea. :p
Think about it, though. Smoking was pushed as cool in the 50s. So was Elvis. How many people think Elvis is still cool? How many people think other stuff from the 50s is still cool? It just goes against the definition of cool, it needs a sense of novelty to be cool, that's what cool is all about. It's about redefining culture by the new generation. Smoking isn't novel at all, it's what our grandparents did. So how can it be cool? Only if your sources of information are seriously behind the times. :D

Of course, I'd rather not be making this case to you of all people, who loves 50s movies and the smoking they advertise. But for someone less nostalgic, for someone living more in the present, it holds up trust me. :D

The thing is though, you can't define cool, you're too old for that. We all are. Cool doesn't belong to 20-year-olds, it belongs to teenagers. Why don't you head down to a local junior high or high school and ask the kids if they think Elvis is cool. :D

I'm having a cold.

And I think Elvis is still cool. He had a lot of great songs, a great voice and a great stage presence. He revolutionized the world of popular music. Smoking sucks though...

Elvis is still cool. Every month some new collection is thrown out, some old movie transfered to DVD, Bluray, etc. Still it sells like crazy. And this 30 years after his death. Sure, Martin will say that's because his generation hasn't died out yet, so there's still someone to buy all that stuff. :D But that's not true. Elvis is not just a performer, Elvis is a brand, a brand that will never die out.
