Nah that's just Ashbury Park!
Having last been in Ashbury Park in 1989, I can confirm that it is, indeed, a black hole. But the slowest growing one known in the universe.

I believe that has to do with the lack of material nearby for it to suck in to help it grow.

slowly but surely it will grow into something more powerful than any of us could ever imagine
