Some guy shorted GM at 11.17 and now it's 12.62 and he also shorted Apple yesterday. I can understand GM perhaps but AAPL

That is true, with more pain at the pump people wont be spending on most tech, but for some reason Bear thinks the stock is under evaluated. Personally I wouldn't short Apple because I love their products.

Sucks for me. I have to do major work on my car this summer and now I have to deal with rising gas prices, but I don't really mind high gas prices as it gives me a reason to drive less.
