I wouldn't say I'm in great shape, I could probably play 50 minutes of football as things stand.
Right now I'm trying to shed as much weight as I can. I'm limiting my calorie intake and trying to run at least a mile and a half each day along with ab work and some krazy man exercises I've learned at GK camps back in high school. Really a lot of cardio about 100 push ups a day and 600 reps of ab work.
That said I'm at 203 lbs with a gut and a goal of 195lbs and no gut. I used to jump rope everyday after soccer practice to get extra stamina and have gotten back into jump roping because my work hours don't always allow good times to run. With my jump rope I can get the same amount of work in less time.
As for my jump rope, it has ball bearings, which makes it faster than me. I think I finally got the timing down, it's real fluid and you don't have to work your arms so much. Who the hell decided to put ball bearings in a jump rope?
