Oh yeah I know it's a zero sum game, and also making sure your margin calls are in order must be pretty nerve-wrecking. How much commission does a trader have to provide the exchange?

Trying to brake in my new jump rope. I upgraded from my old school nylon, which was on the brink of snapping after 8 years of service, to this fancy shmancy leather Everlast rope which I think I may need to shorten. That's quite a pain in the ass.

I wouldn't say I'm in great shape, I could probably play 50 minutes of football as things stand.

Right now I'm trying to shed as much weight as I can. I'm limiting my calorie intake and trying to run at least a mile and a half each day along with ab work and some krazy man exercises I've learned at GK camps back in high school. Really a lot of cardio about 100 push ups a day and 600 reps of ab work.

That said I'm at 203 lbs with a gut and a goal of 195lbs and no gut. I used to jump rope everyday after soccer practice to get extra stamina and have gotten back into jump roping because my work hours don't always allow good times to run. With my jump rope I can get the same amount of work in less time.

As for my jump rope, it has ball bearings, which makes it faster than me. I think I finally got the timing down, it's real fluid and you don't have to work your arms so much. Who the hell decided to put ball bearings in a jump rope?

Thats good stuff there, Eazy. I need to get out there and run more. When I do work out, I try to run 2 miles in 15 minutes but right now I can only do 16 on good days. I'm out of shape.

Eight minute miles are a good pace to train at.

Trying raising your mileage or running intervals. Don't time yourself except for 30-45 second intervals in which you run your fastest and jog in between. Count 10 or so intervals or bursts and you should be pretty solid.

You don't do any weight training?
