well there are 2 posts and 26 interviewees but my boss reckons there are folk already lined up for the job. the great thing is there is no pressure on me, i can just go and do my thing(i actually excel in interviews) and put myself into their minds for future promotions
i am currently a social care worker and the post i am going for is a "homecare co-ordinator" basically it is managing the carers around clients needs,etc...
been with the council for nearly 2 years already and i have the qualifications for the new job,though working in an office is not something i really aspire to the money will certainly recompense me
