FM11 Anecdote:

It's June 12th, 2019 and I'm playing Dutch Antilles in the Gold Cup at the new Giants Stadium in Jersey. What's the weather? 35 degrees and snowing.

Damn, talk about Global Cooling...

So I’ve been interviewing with this consulting company for the past month or so and I finally got an offer about an hour ago. I’ve been waiting on this since mid-January. Now I have to give my current company (with whom I’ve been with for about 5 months now :sergio:) my 2 weeks. The hard part is either telling them that I’m wasting my time here or coming up with another reason for leaving.

I'm sure you're smart enough to make up a good excuse.

oh and fuck excuses be honest and direct, tell them what you learned and what you thought was missing and had it not been for money(here you kinda lie and let out a figure that would actually convince you to stay where you are) you would have stayed

Yea but I’ve only been here barely 5 months. You really think I should tell them that this wasn’t working for me?

And yes, the offer from this new firm is top grade. But I don’t like to bring it to that level unless I have to. What do you think I should do?

i really think you should stress that you really liked working with the people(manager mainly) but an offer that good couldnt be ignored and confide with the manager the 'size' of the offer, obviously a bit exaggerated.
