I normally don't lose my cool in any situation... i tend to think straight when my friends would panic... that has saved me and them a lot of times... pressure doesn't get to me easily... so i was the cool headed one in the gang, which somehow over time made my nick name as ice...

a few things over the years... more recently, bailing out my colleagues from my manager when we had screwed up big time during a project... before that things like almost getting caught at the wrong place at the wrong time (with my ex girl friend), when things got messed up with a local goonda and things like that...
