So, strange few days at work.

We've all been having "performance" meetings with the (country) management, and as it turns out, a lot of my colleagues have been getting mostly negative feedback, unwarranted in many cases.
As a result (a direct result I may say), the general motivation is even lower than usual. Heck, one of my colleagues immediately handed in his resignation, despite being offered a pay rise (which he deemed unsatisfactory obviously).

I wonder where this is going to end, but it's safe to say that we (our branch) are in for a tough time.
Negative feedback, then offered a pay rise?

That is strange.

A supposedly ethical multinational. Believe me, it's not.

Most of my colleagues received negative feedback, not all. He received both good & bad feedback. Much like myself.

Don't know what to think tbh. Sure the pay rise is nice (and quite a lot bigger than expected in my case), but morale is at an all time low. I have a feeling I won't be working here anymore this time next year...

My dad got a speeding ticket last week, and the meathead cop couldn't even spell the last name correctly on the ticket. So in the mail came a summons for a "Mr. Bock."

Fucking retards.
