Just found out that a guy that knew before has IQ over 200. He's studying nuclear physics or something. US offered him to study there, paying some crazy cash but he said no. He finished high school after one year, when they saw how smart he is. He took many awards as a no.1 in Europe a couple of years ago. Math, chemistry, you name it, he won it.

He was smart even when I knew him but I had no idea about this and when I heard that today I was shocked and in fact I still can't believe it.

He's probably gonna have a very unhappy life. I read an article once about people with extraordinary high intelligence and basically they don't fit in anywhere, never can feel normal, never treated normal.

Thankfully my own intelligence is nothing special :toast:

You're absolutely right, Martin. One of my best friends in grad school was double-promoted twice, had his Master's Degree by the time he was 20, and was a complete social mess. Fortunately some of us helped pull him out of that, but a guy like the one described here is way, way too far in.

Just worked on my CIS final for about 2 hours. My professor has to have given me the worst data ever. Good thing this assignment is a free for all.
