Thats funny, I don't mind getting help from the Indian call centers because in my experience the employees there are much more polite and helpful than the jackasses that work in America.

You know, we actually try much harder than anyone else to please our customers. Compared to our US partner sites, we fare much better than them consistently regarding customer satisfaction.

HP just opened a call center site in Convay, AR. And 6 supervisors from our center here in India were sent to train them and get them up to speed. You read that right bitches! Indians training Amreekans!
