Unfortunately you have to select which one to disable.I've just disabled every damn thing possible.I cant stand it when im waiting for an important email & then i get some stupid email about my friends likes & dislikes from facebook.

The problem is they keep inventing these crappy new apps, and I've got friends who join them like morons.

There really should be a way you have to opt in to all that crap for every new game in your feed -- not opt-out one-by-one as it is now.
