Hockey is also great for both.

I haven't played it, since im bad at skating, but it's much easier to go out and play football or basketball than rent a place, get the right equipment and find acceptable teammates for hockey. Everyone can play football or basketball. Maybe im exaggerating a bit, but hockey def is the watchable one
