My Dad died on 2nd of January of 2021.

I sent my sister (daughter of my Dad and my stepmother) money to get his name and dates on the tombstone.
I couldn't get myself to do it, I almost offed myself the day my dad died.

Just now I was informed she never did.

I'm usually not one to go for trauma dumping on a forum but this one just hit me hard.

FYI: I'm not going to try and settle this one in court. If anything, what was settled was the kind of person she is.
The kind of person that is missing teeth when we meet.

I guess 2024 is the date I'll need to have the tombstone "titles" settled myself. Probably should've made it sooner anyways.

Man, what you're going through is traumatic. Take care of yourself first. Court sounds like it might make for a pyrrhic victory for a few bucks only to drag your butt through toxic accusations, ugliness, and extended trauma. Sounds like a move that prioritizes your own mental health, so good on you.

Remember that forgiving someone is not about them and not for them. You can let go and yet still feel the person is an untrustworthy douchebag.

Probably stupid question but you didn't turn airplane mode on lol?

Otherwise I'd go to device manager and see if it shows the WiFi driver, if so uninstall driver and restart laptop so it reinstalls.

Just learned that a vendor I work with has a clause in their contract where they can terminate service within 90 days without penalty. We just got a notice saying exactly that. Now the project I am managing suddenly went from 6 months to 90 days, right at the end of the year. What happens if we don't make 90 days? Well, we're left without a data center.

I’ll try to find that, haven’t tried that option yet. Surely it isn’t airplane mode haha. Usually WiFi is shown in this menu, but as seen WiFi is just away. No connection to any network whatsoever
