In the County in West Virginia I grew up in, Blacks made up 1.5% of the population and 93% of the AIDS cases.
Now, this is anecdotal, so it doesn't carry weight.
However, I find that gay shit is much more open in the White community, and minorities have a disproportionate percentage of issues with access to healthcare, or trust in healthcare, or general education. So, that's a POSSIBLE social contributor to the above NATIONAL numbers.
