I've been on this forum for 20 years. Fuck.
Congrats!

I'm another year off, although I was lurking by then. :D

It's funny when they get a taste of their own medicine
It's the misplaced hero worship that gets me.

I mean, how many times have rags like Inc. or Fortune or Fast Company sold the line, "Elon Musk's secrets for a successful life!" And then you're like, "Wait, his kid went trans and now wants to disown him and his name."

Or "Steve Jobs' genius method for making better decisions!" And then you're like, "Wait, he ignored his oncologist's advice to get medical treatments for his pancreatic cancer. Then he decided he was smarter than his doctor and ate nothing but carrots for three months until it turned his skin orange. And then he left behind a widow and an orphan... the latter of which accuses him of sexual abuse."

Yeah, emulate that sh*t for a better life, yo.

I knew this guy who became a woman. He (or she - whatever) had a grown biological child from when he was a man. Now he is a proud woman who feels proud when he suffers from a vaginal yeast infection. Yuck!

Kind of feel for the son. What is he going to say to others? My dad is my mom now?

Just because he's a woman now doesn't mean she's a mom. Women can be dads too. It's up to her to decide if she's a dad or mom
